الملخص

ھدفت ھذه ال دراسة إلى معرفة أثر الالتزام التنظیمي على تدریب وتطویر الموارد البشریة في قیادة شرطة محافظة ظفار في سلطنة عمان. تم عمل إطار نظري وبحثي للدراسة الحالیة بغرض عمل مراجعة أدبیة شاملة لمتغیرات الدراسة. استخدمت الدراسة المنھج الكمي وكانت أداة الدراسة لجمع البیانات ھي الاستبانة. تم جمع البیانات من 281 مفردة یمثلون عینة الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة الى انه یوجد أثر إیجابي وھام ذات دلالة إحصائیة لمتغیر الالتزام التنظیمي على تدریب وتطویر الموارد البشریة في قیادة شرطة محافظة ظفار في سلطنة عمان .
