Abstract

The study evaluates the impact of advanced digital technologies, such as Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning on business performance within Malaysian SMEs, utilizing a quantitative approach with simple random sampling and an online survey of 267 participants. Data will be analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics to determine the relationship between advanced technology adoption and business performance enhancements. The findings aim to offer insights into the challenges and opportunities for Malaysian SMEs in their digital transformation efforts.
