THE ROLE OF REGULATORY HEALTH IN ENHANCING IMPACT OF MANAGERIAL EMPOWERMENT ON THE EMPLOYEES’ PERFORMANCE IN LIBYAN EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract: 
This study aims to build conceptual model may help to identify the role of regulatory health in enhancing the impact of managerial empowerment on the employees’ performance in education institutions in Libya. It is considerate that the situation and outputs of higher education as a fundamental factor in formulation policies, in all countries of the world. The outstanding creativity in this era based on distinguished education, therefore importance of higher education is manifested. Therefore, the previous study of higher education in Libya, note that there is great difference between the actual practice and the hoped role. Moreover, the higher education in Libya does not reaches the level of ambition. An Institution that not practice managerial empowerment may affect the overall performance, and may avoid an opportunity from young employees to be leaders of institutions, and may undermine the vision of reform the public sector , whereas the appointment and empowerment of young people in the administrations is the supporting of improvement .Otherwise it may have caused the leak of competencies , the low level of productivity of the institutions and the poor services, not to mention the power and expansion of the Authority of officials, who have other functions in the government, and the cause of negative effects.

IDENTIFYING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF ISLAMIC TRANSACTION BANKING INDUSTRY IN OMAN

Abstract: 
This paper investigates the impact of two dimensions of service quality that tangible and responsiveness on the customer satisfaction in Islamic banking industry in Oman. The sample comprises 283 participants from two Islamic banks in Oman. The result of this study finds a significant and positive impact from the dimensions of service quality that tangible and responsiveness on the customer satisfaction in Islamic banking industry in Oman.

ATTITUDE OF LIMKOKWING STUDENTS TOWARD MOBILE MARKETING IN THE SMARTPHONES ERA

Abstract: 
The growing access to mobile internet, added to the arrival of smartphones, has caused a real technological revolution in the mobile marketing industry. This study aims to investigate the attitude of Limkokwing students toward mobile marketing in the smartphone era. A total of 281 students have participated in this study. The finding of this study confirmed that some incentives can not only change the negative attitude towards mobile marketing but also that it is accepted by users. On the other hand, the fact those users have control over permits also positively affects this issue, while at the same time creating an institutional trust that is perceived by consumers as a positive and relevant signal.

A CROSS SECTIONAL ANALYSIS OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DETERMINANTS ON INFANT MORTALITY IN SOUTH ASIAN REGION

Abstract: 
The purpose of this study to find out the reasons behind infant mortality in South Asian countries. This problem depends on many factors. For finding the fact the study has gone through the reports of the database of World Bank and World Factbook. Using time series data (2000-2014), the study explored the association between Infant Mortality Rate and Socio-Economic Determinants (birth attended by skill health staff, dependency ratio, literacy rate, mother’s mean age at first birth, population growth rate and population below poverty level). Through the multiple regression analysis, the study found that out of various reasons, Birth attended by skill health staff (BASHS), Literacy rate (LR) and Population Growth Rate (PGR) have influence on Infant Mortality. In developed counties, governments ensure many facilities to prevent infant mortality whereas in developing countries, policies of government do not support. As a result, infant suffers much. The finding of the study may be useful for the policy makers that how infant mortality can be decreased.
