Human Resources Information Systems Influence on Employee Performance in Libyan Commercial Banks

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the influence of human resource information system on employee performance in Libyan commercial banks. The cross-sectional method is adopted by this study; the questionnaire instrument is constructed to collect the data from a sample of 285 employees. The result of this study showed a significant relationship between human resources information systems and employee performance within two Libyan commercial banks that Al-Jumhouria Bank and National Commercial Bank.
